Crystal Lim-Lange is a veteran in holistic education. She’s known for spearheading “Roots & Wings” a 53-staffed programme in NUS that educates thousands of millennials on self-awareness, mindfulness, empathy, and resilience skills. NUS is the first university in the world with a future-ready skills programme. Crystal recently started Forest Wolf, a one-of-a-kind mindset change agency. She’s a much sought after speaker and holistic soft-skills programme developer for large corporates. Outside work, Crystal is passionate about philanthropy. She’s raised funds for causes such as autism, Alzheimers, hospice care and the arts. Crystal champions unlocking human potential. Her personal journey of phenomenal change is a true testament of disrupting yourself to find your true north.
Elaine Liew is an IT veteran. She has more than 25 years of experience in channels distribution, governance, alliances and partner management, sales strategy and management, product marketing and large bids management. Currently, Elaine’s leading the Asia Pacific Cloud business in IBM. Elaine has a stunning track record at companies like SAP, Oracle, Dell EMC in Asia Pacific regional roles, reporting to Global. Outside work, she’s passionate about volunteerism (at World Vision), classical music, and nurturing young talents.
Sonia Wedrychowicz is a transformation guru who has worked with major banks like Standard Chartered and Citibank. She started her career in banking over 23 years ago as a Junior Product Manager in Citibank in Poland. At that time, banking was in early development; during the first few years, Sonia was entrusted with introducing innovative products to the Polish banking industry and leading big teams of hundreds staff members. After 18 successful years in Citibank, Sonia received an offer from Standard Chartered to head the consumer bank in Malaysia – which she accepted. Fast forward to a few years, Sonia joined DBS Bank in Feb 2015 as Managing Director, COO & Head of Business Solutions of the Digital Bank. She has recently been responsible for the Singapore Technology for the Consumer Bank where she built the largest Open API portal and sandbox in the world. Sonia holds a black belt in American kickboxing and enjoys travelling across Asia and around the world.
Hazleen Panayiotou is the founder of TrekkersAsia and Amazing Trekkers Club. Hazleen had a successful 20 year career in corporate communications in Singapore and Dubai. She was also the Executive Director (Corporate Communications) for an Islamic Investment Bank in Bahrain. Deep down, Hazleen yearned for a new personal challenge. When she found out routine running races and gyms weren't for her, she took up hiking. The rest, as they say, is history. Mount Kinabalu (4095m) was the highest mountain she's ever summited. Her ultimate dream hikes are Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu.
